Rooms
There are three double bedrooms, all with private bathroom. In the bedrooms, as well as in the breakfast room, it’s available free wi-fi , while there isn’t the TV. But, if you want to read a book, you will find a lot!
Room of A Hundred Years
In this room every object tells a story. We restored old furniture, almost all belonged to the great-grandfather Nuratin that, in 1928, bought the house. Decorating the Room of a hundred years we have tried to revive the past, through the stories and memories that were part of it and that are and still kept in this room.
Room of Silkworms
In the past, near the house took place many farming activities, including the breeding of silkworms.
It’s an ancient job widespread in rural areas that, with time, went slowly disappearing, remaining alive only in the memory of our grandparents.
Their stories have inspired us in furnishing this bedroom, that brings to mind the simple life of the past.
Room of the Masca
The “masche” are characters which populate old tales of the rural Piedmontese tradition, handed down from generation to generation.
In many ways similar to the witches, but with the appearance of any woman of country, the “masche” were believed responsible of adversity, misfortunes, jokes, but also of cares and mysterious healing.
Looking at the objects and the colors of this room, we have imagined it as a place of refreshment of a naughty masca who, before abandoning forever the hills around us, has left an imprint of her passage here.
